Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Vanishpro collects when you enquire about or book our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 25 August 2026

1. Who we are

Vanishpro ("we", "us", "our") provides cleaning, maintenance and property improvement services across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad, and operates the website vanishpro.in. We are based in Undri, Pune, Maharashtra, India.

If you have any question about this policy, contact us on our phone number or by email at our email address.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need in order to quote for and carry out a job:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address, when you message us or request a quote.
  • Service address — the address, locality and access details of the property to be serviced.
  • Job details — the scope of work, property size and type, preferred dates, and any photos or videos you choose to send us.
  • Before and after photographs — our team may photograph the work area to record the condition of the property and the quality of the work.
  • Payment information — the amount, date and method of payment. If you pay online, your card or banking details are handled directly by the payment provider and are never stored by us.
  • Website usage data — basic analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the source you arrived from.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as government identity numbers, health information or biometric data.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
  • To schedule, carry out and complete the service you have booked.
  • To contact you about the booking — confirmations, arrival times, delays or follow-up.
  • To raise invoices, collect payment and keep accounting records.
  • To handle complaints, re-work requests and refunds.
  • To improve our services and our website, using aggregated analytics.
  • To send you occasional offers or service reminders, where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by replying to us.

4. Your consent

When you send us an enquiry, book a service or share property photos with us, you consent to us using that information for the purposes set out above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we have already done lawfully, and it may mean we can no longer provide a service you have booked.

Where we photograph completed work and would like to use those images publicly — on our website, social media or in advertising — we will ask for your permission first, and we will not include anything that identifies you or your address without that permission.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Our team and contractors — the crew assigned to your job receives your name, address, contact number and the scope of work, so they can reach you and complete the service.
  • Payment providers — to process online payments securely.
  • Service providers — the companies that host our website and provide our analytics and messaging tools.
  • Legal requirements — where we are required to disclose information by law, by a court, or to protect our rights, property or safety.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it. Analytics cookies tell us things like which services are most viewed and which pages people leave from — always in aggregate, never to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to two years so that we can handle repeat requests and follow-ups. Records connected to a completed booking — invoices, payment records and job notes — are kept for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law. After that, we delete them or remove anything that identifies you.

8. How we protect it

We restrict access to customer information to the people who need it to do their job, use reputable providers for hosting and payments, and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your data safe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take this seriously and act quickly if something goes wrong.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
  • delete information we no longer need to keep;
  • stop sending you promotional messages;
  • withdraw a consent you previously gave.

Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the "last updated" date at the top tells you when it last changed.
